• What type of community is Kingsley Manor?
  Kingsley Manor is a non-profit, multi-level care retirement community designed for people age 60 and over. It is licensed by the State of California.
  
• How many levels of care do you offer?
  We offer three levels of care: independent living, assisted living and Medicare-certified skilled nursing care. You can move among the levels of care as you health needs change.
  
• Do you offer any kind of emergency assistance?
  Yes. We have a pull cord emergency alert system and staff is onsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  
• What is included in my monthly fee?
  Among the services your monthly fee covers are bi-weekly housekeeping, social and recreational activities, basic utilities, indoor and outdoor maintenance and scheduled transportation.
  
• What type of accommodations do you have?
  We have a wide variety of accommodations. Everything from studio apartments to large two-bedroom accommodations. Give us a call for specific options and pricing.
  
• Are there any off-campus activities or excursions?
  Absolutely. We have many regularly scheduled outings, and our bus service is always free.
  
• Do you allow pets?
  Yes. We accept pets, however, the pet must be quiet and well behaved. We will be happy to explain rules regarding pets in more detail when you come in for a visit.
